Juice Type
The juice filling machine can produce various types of fruit juices, such as NFC (Not From Concentrate) juice, Freshly squeezed juice, FC(Concentrated) juice,Juice drink,Fruit Flavored Drink,and more. 1. Water Treatment Plant
According to customer’s raw water analysis report and the final water standard request, we will suggest customer to choose the suitable water treatment plant.
2. Juice blending system
The juice blending system mainly consists of a Syrup melting pot, Drink mixing tank, Double Filter, Homogenizer, Reverse tank,UHT Sterilizer,and CIP system.
3. Bottle blow molding machine
Full automatic blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle etc.
4. 3 in 1 Washing-Juice Filling-Capping machine
The equipment is integrated with washing, filling and capping functions.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.The machine can meet standard of hot filling above 85℃,no dirty corner with pipes and pump.
5. Cooling pasteurizer tunnel
The machine can be used for cooling bottle packed hot filling juice. The principle is: Conveyor brings bottles into the cooling tunnel, there will be cooling water generated from side holding tanks to spray by spray nozzles on the top of tunnel onto passing bottles. With heat exchange principle, the bottles temperature will be low down to normal room temperature to increase product shelf time.
6. Automatic Sleeve labeling machine
It is a high automatic packing machine. Just one person handles, easy operation. Easy to change packing material, the change over of the mould can be easily done by hand without any tools. Within the flat width limitation, can be used to package objects in different shape, no matter round or square, can be applied on glass or plastic bottles.
7. Film Shrink Packing Machine
The equipment is made of bottle feeding conveyor part, Bottles sorting part, Film cutting packing part, shrink heating tunnel, fan chilling part, roller conveyor output part and electric control system, pneumatic control parts and so on. It is produced at the basis theory of the film shrinking after heated. The whole packing process is including photoelectric sensor testing, PLC treats the collected signal, convey belt delivering the bottles, the dividing board divide the bottles into lines and the push the bottles.
